Shipping Policy

We currently pack and ship all orders on a Friday morning. If you need an order urgently, or would like to delay delivery at all, please contact us and we can arrange this. There may be times where we have to delay shipping, for example a shortage of staff or stock. In this case, we will let you know by email and advise of a timescale or other options if the issue is due to stock.

Once orders are processed, delivery typically takes place within 2 working days using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service, however it may be extended for remote parts of the UK such as Scottish Highlands and Islands. No signature is required on delivery, and you can update your preferences such as safe-places and delivery options using your tracking number in the Royal Mail website. 

Tracking information will be sent to you via SMS or email once your order has been processed.

If you have chosen the free WF postcode delivery option, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange a delivery time for you. We will always try our best to be flexible and fit in around what works best for you!

Orders for collection will usually be picked and packed within 2 hours during store opening times and provided all products are in stock. You will then receive an email and text message from us notifying you that your order is ready to collect.
