We are a small business based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Established in 2022, we aim to offer a range of vegan, free-from and healthy food, predominantly snacks. Our business is run on renewable energy, using biodegradable packaging, stationery made from recycled materials, and environmentally friendly suppliers.

Ash started Ash's Snacks to try to bring a more people-friendly approach to free-from food. His Nan was diagnosed with coeliac disease when he was a teenager, and growing up he learned so much from her and a local group that they both went to. It used to be possible for coeliacs to get things like cakes and biscuits on prescription, however this was stopped and now this is only available for food deemed as essentials. Free-from snacks are often 2 or 3 times the price as the standard, allergen-containing equivalent, and so Ash wanted to create a business that offered the same popular snacks but at a more reasonable price.
